How to turn other formats into PDFs
First, ask for the original. Strata managers hold nearly everything as a PDF already. One email asking for the PDF version beats any conversion, because the original has real searchable text and a converted photograph does not.
If you cannot get the original:
One honest limit. Converting a photograph to a PDF puts the picture inside a PDF; it does not give it searchable text. Those pages are read by OCR, which is good but not perfect, and the report states plainly which documents were scanned. A page read by OCR is never presented as though it were reliably quotable. That is why the original PDF is always worth the extra email.

No. Each document is indexed on its own; they are not checked against one another. If the Form B says one thing and the minutes say another, both are quoted with their page numbers, and noticing the difference is yours to do. The same applies to accuracy — what you upload is taken as given. We do not confirm that the documents are complete, current or correct.
No. Strata Doctor is an automated document indexing service. The report tells you what the documents contain and where to find it. It does not tell you what any of it means, and it is not legal, financial or professional advice. For that, speak to a lawyer or another qualified professional.
It identifies which document types are in your package and where they start and end, then ticks off the checklist items it located. It runs in seconds because it does not read, summarise or interpret anything — that only happens after you decide to proceed. One honest limit: a scanned document has no searchable text, so if your package contains scans the preview marks affected checklist items as unknown rather than missing. It will never tell you something is absent when it simply could not be seen.
Uploaded documents and delivered reports are deleted 30 days after delivery. Uploads that are never completed with payment are deleted after 7 days.
